Once you've seen our class schedule and decided on the classes you would like to enrol in, you can simply click the enrolment form link to complete your enrolment online. You'll be hearing from us from mid-December onwards with further information regarding your chosen classes and uniform fittings.
Registration is on a first come, first served basis. All registrations are processed in the order received. Class size limitations will be strictly observed and we do not hold spots in any class.
It’s important that all students and/or parents – whether returning or new - register online so we can ensure we have the most up-to-date contact details for you.
This information includes contact details, illnesses and injuries and acknowledgement of studio policies which are available on this website.
You will need to read the parent agreement & liability form, as enrolling into our classes at MDS means that you acknowledge and will adhere to the parent agreement. You will find the parent agreement under our policies tab.
We are big on communication at MDS and it is our aim to respond to all enquiries in a timely manner.

For convenience, our primary means of communication is via email. You will receive regular newsletters and important information via email so please ensure you have provided us with an up-to-date email address that is in use.
We are of course happy to include multiple email addresses per family if you would like your correspondence sent to numerous recipients.
